DAILY REMINDERS

From John Calipari's book "Players First" he talks about reminders he places on his desk...I love this idea and have a few myself.  Here is what Coach Cal does:

I have a placard on my desk, a piece of blue cardboard in a frame that says on top: “I commit to my team…” After that it says: I will come every day ready to hold every player accountable for their play. I will care about every player’s growth. I will NOT give up on this team or individual player. I will pray for each of you in morning Mass.
